There are three initial steps you must take in order to set up your plan board.


Step 1: Complete the Develop Your First "Stack" Activity

A Stack is how you combine and relate your Drivers, Goals, Habits and/or Actions.

This is a fundamental piece to complete before stepping foot on your Plan Board.

Step 2: Watch - Setting Up Your Plan Board

Now that you've developed your first Stack, you're ready to start setting up your Plan Board.  In this video we cover the following topics:

Step 3: Put Your Plan Board on Your Phone

Download the Monday.com app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Get your Plan Board on your phone!  The mobile app is great for day-to-day use of your Plan Board. For some advanced features such as accessing charts, graphs and and adding automations, the desktop version of your Plan Board is best.

We'll go through the different types and Drivers and what differentiates a Driver from a Goal or Habit. With examples. We'll also cover how to expand the meaning of your Drivers by setting long term goals for certain Drivers.

We'll show you how to complete the Goals part of the Goals and Habits Queue on your Plan Board. With examples. We'll also cover the different types of goals you can set (ie. compounding goals, one-time goals, etc.)
